Join Our Innovative Team as a Behavioral Health Therapist

We invite you to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals as a Behavioral Health Therapist at our dynamic Houston location. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in offering transformative psychotherapy services that cater to diverse behavioral health needs within our community.

As a therapist, you'll not only provide essential psychosocial assessments and therapy sessions—including individual, couples, and family therapy—but also collaborate closely with our skilled non-physician providers. Your role is crucial in ensuring integrated psychiatric treatment for our patients. Meticulous documentation of patient interactions and adapting treatment plans as needed will underscore your contribution to improving patient outcomes and advancing community health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, personalized psychotherapy to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and deliver individual, couples, and family therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with non-physician providers to coordinate comprehensive psychiatric treatment plans.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and attempted contacts.
  • Reassess patients as necessary to develop updated, effective treatment plans utilizing all therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
  • Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering psychotherapy services.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, enhancing communication within our diverse community.
